The Air Force Armament Museum is the only museum in the world dedicated to the collection, preservation and exhibition of artifacts and memorabilia associated with Air Force Armament and its platforms of delivery. There are over 29 different aircraft that have found a home at the Museum, and include aircraft from the WWII era to the present. There are also several hundred pieces of armament to include a gun collection, bombs, bomblets and missiles to include the Sparrow, Sidewinder, cluster bombs, Bunker Buster and the MOAB. At the end of the tour attendees will enjoy a boxed lunch on the grounds of the outdoor air park.
Participants will take a luxury coach from the hotel to the museum, which is a 50-minute drive. This event is limited to 54 people, and is available on a first-come basis. Confirmed attendees will be contacted in advance to make their boxed lunch selections.

Set sail for a cruise of Pensacola Bay in search of dolphins! This 90-minute excursion will be made on a chartered boat exclusively reserved for you and your fellow River Rats. The captain and crew are well-acquainted with these waters, and know the best spots to look for dolphins, not to mention take you to picturesque locations along the coast.

The historic Pensacola Lighthouse for one of the most beautiful views on the Gulf Coast. Built in 1859, the lighthouse is located on board NAS Pensacola, right across from the National Naval Aviation Museum.
The top of the tower offers stunning views of Pensacola Pass (where Pensacola Bay meets the Gulf of Mexico), three historic forts, the Pensacola skyline, and the historic Navy Yard. The fully restored Keepers' Quarters - built in 1869 - is home to the Richard C. Callaway Museum, which houses numerous exhibits on local history and the lighthouse itself.
*NOTE: Access to the top of the lighthouse is by staircase only, which consists of 177 steps.

Pensacola is the cradle of Naval Aviation, and visiting the National Naval Aviation Museum (NNAM) is the perfect way to experience hands-on history! Located on board Pensacola Naval Air Station, NNAM is recognized as one of the world's greatest aviation museums. Our tour guides - each a retired Naval Aviator - will highlight the more than 4,000 artifacts and over 150 beautifully restored aircraft on the Museum campus.

The Pensacola Museum of History, Pensacola's flagship museum, is housed in the three-story Mediterranean Revival architecture of the former Pensacola City Hall and was built in 1907. It is a general history museum with galleries dedicated to both permanent and changing exhibits.
The first floor hosts an exhibit on the archaeology, history and preservation of Historic Pensacola as well as the museum store and ticket desk. The second floor houses a recreation of Trader Jon's, an establishment that was the hangout for Naval Aviators for over 40 years. The third floor is a large gallery.
Upon exiting the Museum, attendees are encouraged to take a stroll along scenic Palafox Street, home to many local shops, restaurants, and bars. Time has been allotted for you to enjoy lunch on your own before heading back to the hotel.
